Sorry for not posting lately. Been a busy, but fun summer.
Jason and the boys enjoyed a relaxing time at the beach with his family over the fourth. The boys and I and Jason have spent timeless hours playing in the backyard and the pool and hanging with the other neighborhood kids.
Jason and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary with a trip to Chicago. The boys got to spend the time with my parents and cousins. They love going to visit grandmomma and granddaddy and are already counting down the days till the Peanut Festival. Nicholas keeps talking about going to "grandmomma's" Fair!

We also spent a day at Lake Martin for my family reunion...Mother's side. It was wonderful to see everyone. Can't wait till next year!
Of course, we went the annual touch a truck here in Alpharetta. The boys look forward to it every year. This year, Jason arranged for Frito Lay to have a truck there as well. The boys that it was so cool that Daddy had a truck there!

The big event last week was open house at Nicholas's new school. I can't believe he starts Kindergarten tomorrow! Loved his teacher and hoping for

a great year!

Nicholas also started playing flag football this past Saturday. His team won 27-14. He had so much fun and called grandmomma to tell her all about it once the game was over. He can't wait for all his family to come watch him play!
