Great Recipe

I made this last night...super easy and both kids loved it.

I started with some olive oil in a skillet. Added two cloves of garlic, chopped. Cooked for a minute or two. Added chopped tomato, Italian seasoning, can of diced tomatoes, cooked Tyson chicken strips (Italian seasoned kind), and some salt. I heated till bubbly and then let simmer while the pasta cooked. I served with whole wheat spaghetti cooked according to package. I drained the water off and tossed with olive oil which helps prevent it from sticking together. Mixed it together with the tomato mixture and sprinkled with some cheese on top. It was really good, not as messy as spaghetti and only took about 15 minutes to make. My kids ate it up.
