The picture above is of my boys with Jason's parents. It was taken about a week after Nolan was born. It is still shocking to look back and think that 6 months after this picture was taken he would no longer be with us. Nicholas still asks about his Pops all the time. As some of you might know, Earl passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in March of 2008. My Mother-in-law has set up a page in his honor on the Pan-Can website (see link below). I know times are tight and we often get asked from numerous people to donate to various things, but imagine what we could do if everyone donated just $5. That's giving up a fast food meal for the week so that another family won't have to lose their husband, brother, son, grandfather. This disease takes so many so fast because it is hard to detect in the early stages.
